Writing: 

We have been writing a variety of poems. One type is the shape poem. These were a lot of fun but also proved to be a bit challenging fitting our information into the shape.



Reading:

Prior knowledge is an important skill in reading. It helps us relate to new vocabulary and stories by linking information to things we know.

We go in two groups so while one group has been with Sam the rest of us have been working in groups to create a piece of music and so lyrics.
