Writing: 

We have been writing a variety of poems. One type is the shape poem. These were a lot of fun but also proved to be a bit challenging fitting our information into the shape.



Reading:

Prior knowledge is an important skill in reading. It helps us relate to new vocabulary and stories by linking information to things we know.

Beach Clean Up

Beach Clean Up Tuesday the 25th of February Beach Clean Up was fun and hot. We helped the environment. We all got wet along the way walking through cold water but it was refreshing. We picked up lots of rubbish. We worked as a team.  After the beach clean up we walked to Corbett Park and had a sausage and played games.
